Europe, interrupted is a composition for a choir of untrained singers. It is a live sound and movement installation, using a real time-score to weave preverbal sounds and interrupted gestures into a new generation of dadaist sound poetry. A heavy rain of sounddrops creates a discontinuous, non-linear, yet magical space: intermitting noise and silence, tremor and stillnes, crumbles of sense and pure nonsence.
